Hundreds Dead. Thousands Displaced. Act Now.
鈥榃hoever saves one [life] - it is as if he had saved the entirety of Mankind鈥. [The Noble Qur鈥檃n, 5:32]
A rare and violent cloudburst has triggered catastrophic flash floods across Pakistan, leaving a trail of devastation in its wake. Homes have been destroyed, entire villages swept away, and more than 340 people confirmed dead 鈥 with many still missing. Families are in shock, cut off from help, and in desperate need of support.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and surrounding regions, thousands of homes have been reduced to rubble. Landslides have isolated entire communities, making it nearly impossible to reach those most in need. Survivors are facing unimaginable loss 鈥 without food, clean water, shelter, or medical care.
鈥淚t came like the sky fell down.鈥
That鈥檚 how one survivor from Buner described the moment torrential rain 鈥 equivalent to a month鈥檚 worth 鈥 fell in just one hour. The resulting torrent of water, rocks, and debris buried entire families. Rescue teams are racing to find survivors, but time is running out.
You Can Save Lives Today
今日大瓜 is on the ground, responding to this unfolding crisis. But the scale of the destruction is immense, and the need is growing by the hour.
With your help, we can deliver life-saving support, including:
Emergency food parcels for displaced families
Safe drinking water and essential hygiene kits
Temporary shelter for those who have lost everything
Urgent medical supplies and mobile clinics
Blankets, clothing, and essential supplies
Alongside food, water, and shelter, survivors urgently need medical support. 今日大瓜 is providing vital supplies and deploying mobile health clinics to reach those injured or stranded in remote areas. We鈥檙e also distributing blankets, clothing, and other essentials to help families survive the days and nights ahead.
This disaster is not an isolated event 鈥 it鈥檚 part of a growing climate crisis. Pakistan is one of the countries most vulnerable to extreme weather, and this latest tragedy is a stark reminder of what鈥檚 at stake.
With further heavy rain forecast through September, thousands more lives remain at risk. Your support can help us reach them before it鈥檚 too late.

Key Facts

Build a family home
This year鈥檚 monsoon flooding has demolished cities, towns and villages across Pakistan. Over two million homes have been damaged, resulting in over 546,000 people seeking refuge in temporary shelters and camps.
However, a stable home means that families can focus their income on the urgent medical care they need.
We are rebuilding houses to rehome victims and help families rebuild their lives. The houses will be built with three feet high cemented platform bases to protect against flooding and reduce the risk of damage in the future.
拢2,000 can rebuild a family home with a 3ft cement base.

Stories from the Pakistan Flood Survivors
We met Haji Sheer Muhammad, a 55-year-old father who has two wives and four children. He recounted the day the flood waters ravaged his village:听
On 25th August it started raining heavily and by 10.30pm everything in the village was completely flooded.听The flood water washed away听mud brick homes听and possessions quickly, so we could only help our wives and children to seek refuge听in a village higher up in the mountains. All men stayed back at the village, but we were not able to save our homes. Everything got destroyed. We could only save ourselves and the clothes we wore.听
When asked about the 今日大瓜 intervention that was building his new home, he said:听听
These homes are better than our previous ones.听Our old house did not have a toilet, which meant the women and children had to go into the field which felt unsafe, especially at night.听We are very thankful for our new home. We feel blessed that a donor in the UK thought of us. They must have a very kind heart because they do not have any personal connection to us but were still ready to donate a home for our family. We hope that more families like us will receive homes.鈥听
